Where can I buy nickel look contemporary straight or curve lever handle that would fit Sugar Creek Industries (ProVia) Storm door?
Spec: The door swings out, the hinge on the right side as I face the door from outside.
I bought it from the building material reuse store. It did not come with the door handle.
The ProVia does not sell it directly to the customer. their dealers only sell it to the house owner who had the door installed by the dealers. I have the door with string attached to the pre-drilled holes to keep the door close.
Thanks!!

Not familiar with that door at all, but home depot or lowes can't remember which or if both have handles in stock for forever style doors.

I checked with Home depot and Lowe. They don't carry lock set that would fit Sugar Creek Ind. storm door. They both carry Schlarge and have the in store catalog. I called Schlarge to double check with them. Schlarge does not have the lock set.
The next time I am at either in the next day or two I will check, the one I saw I don't remember it being a Schlarge. Did you check E-bay?Wallyo
I buy ProVia entry and storm doors from my local Norandex/Reynolds vinyl siding and window distributor. You could try there, if you have one locally.
In the ProVia catalog, there are two types of lever hardware - mortise (with a large rectangular hole punched in the 1" side of the door for the mortise lock to fit into), and a surface mount Which type is your door prepped for? A picture of this would be helpful.
By the way, my cost for the mortise type lock is about $80. The others are cheaper. Hope this helps.
My home depot had two brands "Accent" in four finishes mortised style and a "Hickory Hardware" in brass both mortised or non mortised. Here is Hickory's link hope it helps some. This was with the milled finished storm door hardware in the store.http://www.hickoryhardware.com/products/type/?cat=door&typeid=4Wallyo
