Customer wants storm windows installed over 200 Series Permashield Narroline Windows. It’s apparant Andersen no longer makes storm windows…..any suggestions of what product to use?

Storms over Andersen windows sounds like a slap in their face re quality. What is the background here?
The windows are about 20+ years old. The outside of the sashes are chalking and in need of painting. Homeowner wants me to replace some of the sashes then install storm windows so to lengthen the time in between paintings. Most people think PSNL windows are vinyl on the outside and don't realize that they will need to be painted eventually.
