Dose any one know what cause’s the bottom cord of trusses and wall studs to transpose through to the interior side of the drywall. It’s almost like it’s shadowed.

IIRC, it is caused by condensation. Even though your fiberglass insulation might have an R value of 13, the studs are only about R1 per inch, so about R3.5. Thermal bridging...So the places where the studs are get colder and moist inside air condenses on it drawing dirt and such.
The shadowing should just be dirt and can be cleaned off.
