I am in search of a subcontractor completion checklist. I am a general contractor in Washington and attended a building conference in which one of the speakers mentioned a subcontractor checklist. He said that he ran across this form many years back in Atlanta? My vision for this form is to aid in the final walkthrough process with the subcontractor (probably specific to the trade ie plumbing checklist would indicate to check the system pressure, proper bonding to the cold line, water heater strapping etc. I’m not looking for a homeowner version but something true to the trades and an effective way to insure performance by the trades. Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Merry Christmas and welcome to Breaktime.
I would imagine someone has this written down, but the couple things you mention would be covered under the rough/final inspection. Maybe someone else is reading this another way and has the answer you're looking for.
