I’m re-doing a house, going for a Nantucket style look. The walls are sawn cedar shingles and the door is a wide paneled door with four lites at the top. I want to trim it with something special that would be typical of Nantucket style. Anybody have any ideas and/or pictures to share?

chuck... the vernacular would be New England seacoast towns with an 1850 period.. Nantucket, New Bedford, even Provincetown..... lots of money ...
the shingles wouldn't be as typical as painted clapboard..
