tile saw purchase

I have a tile job coming up and was thinking about buying a tile saw. The tool crib has a MK-170 7″ saw for $129. Has anyone used this saw? Is it good?

 I don’t do a ton of tile, just a little here and there, so it probably wouldn’t get used to hard.

    If that is the model i'm thinking about, the saw is great but the fence leaves alot to be desired.
