Hi,
I feel pretty lame asking this question but no matter what i do it doesn’t seem to work. I installed new “guts” to my toilet and everything works properly but the “flapper” goes down to quickly and if you don’t hold the handle it doesn’t flush fully. The queen and the two princesses are not happy. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
I appreciate your help,
Kevin, The Wood Butcher

Kevin: Right now I can't think of anything but the chain is just slightly too long. If nobody answers, go over to plbg.com
*Yea cat thats what i was thinking. I had the same problem went to (yuk) homers and bought some new fangled device with a styrofoam float and the that rides up and down and connects directly to the handles where the chain would normally connect, dont know the name of the thing but it works pretty good had them for about a year and no problems. i do know they are pricey about 12 bucks.
