   I'd like to see him sitting there on his throne.    I think.

   When you hit reply, where I am now, there's a tab at the bottom "Attach Files".  Click it, then "browse" so you can find the file in your computer, then "upload" which'll take awhile if you're on dialup like me, then "done".  Oh, after "browse", you've gotta find the file where the pic is, like My Documents or one of the subfiles.

   I'll try it out to be sure.  This something like he has?

   Is THAT how you hit it off in a big way with all the ladies? She did say that she was frenchies daughter, but not how young she is - or how much of a lady.you better send her some flowers or something quick!;)

   Say what?  Thought this was a construction site.  Surely Frenchy's responsible enough to exercise appropriate parental controls.

   please don't post big pictures.

   about 480x640 (whatever is thye standard size about there) is good

   dialup people don't tend to look at nig pictures.

   First, make sure the pictures you want to post are small enough that they don't take forever for people to open them up.  They should be less than 100kb (the smaller the better) and 640x480 pixels or less.

   When you open up a new post, type in the text you want, then click on the 'attach files' button at the bottom of the screen.  The window that pops up has the title,  "uploading a file for attachment to the message."  In that window, click on 'browse' and find the picture you want to post on your hard drive.  double click on it to enter it in the blank, then click on 'upload.'  The website will take a few seconds to complete this step.  Finally, click on 'done' and that window will go away.

   Then, at the main post window click on 'preview' to see if everything looks right, then finally click on 'post.'

   I forgot to mention, if you have trouble re-sizing your pictures to get them small enough to post, a good (and free) program to use is Irfanview.  You can download it from their website at http://www.irfanview.com/.  It's pretty intuitive, and if you have any difficulties with it there have been many discussions on how to use it here - do a search of the archives.

   Welcome Brigette, and thanks for helping that old man out.

   He and I get along like oil and water on political stuff, but I admire his work and what he has been able to accomplish. I'm sure he has a lot to brag about.

   The hardest part of posting picuters here is to wait and wait and wait after you hit the upload button. You have to wait until the name of the file appears in the dialouge box before hitting the 'done' button.
