Does anyone have any experiences(pro or con) using EIFS on homes built in the Rocky Mountain West? A search on the Web showed a possible moisture related problem in the Southern U.S., but no references to its use in an arid climate. Any advice would be appreciated.

Don: Try looking at this site. http://www.grailcoat.com we have been using this system for nearly every thing possible, we have used it on roof decks, walls, below grade, floors, you name it, they sell it mainly as a stucco product, it is great stuff without the problems of traditional or eifs stucco. *Don,If this is your home, you better check with your home insurer. I know that since the debacle in the south with this stuff, insurance companies are now avoiding homes with this stuff on it. You don't mention where you plan to use this, so I'm assuming for exterior.Matt
