I have a question that has been haunting me for years. I continually train customers about the basics of moisture venting in roofs, and vapor barriers. Let alone sill plate leakage, what can be done (if needed) to ventigate the walls? Seems to me what with gravity, the sill plates would pool. although I’ve never witnessed this phenomenon, it seems reasonable. What the?
