I’ve tried for several days to contact customer service via the website after login. The text box for my message has the word “error” in it and I can’t enter my text. I’m using Mac with Chrome.

Same error with Safari on Mac.
I'll bring this to the attention of the admin.
I just also tried Win 10 Chrome on a different computer and still get the same error and can not type in the text box.
