Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming

He meant the Dodge, not the ford
dropping the ford in the lake is too good for it...

LOL
What is it, the waterhose slides inside the pipe meeting the soil and the water/sand continues to flush out the top?
water goes down the tube abd moves the soil out of the way and lubes the pipe in at the same time...
excess water and soil comes back up around the outside of the pipe...

just hook a firehose to a pvc pipe and keep pushing down, you going get wet, but you can do about eighty feet in ten minutes.
Is PVC suitable for well casing?
PVC well casing is suitable.
I stuck 30' of it in the mountain here (until I got down to hard rock). Not many use steel casing here anymore.PAHS Designer/Builder- Bury it!
You could have a lot of boulders, but maybe not.

My uncle had a well on the atlantic shore in NC. Water jetted and PVC. Did it himself and had no problems at all.

, wer ist jetzt der Idiot ?
450 gpm, 3" pump on 4 cyl engine of '84 chrysler at 3000 rpm,
20 gal of clorox into the pond, brought up a few yards of sand from 60 ft. in about 4 hours, rock and boulders above that though, probably easy if you are pure sand.
