I going to build a basic 32 by 48 foot house with most glazing on the south side. A masonry heater and after reading this discussion I torn between forced air and radiant in floor. I have 10 very nice wool carpets and was going to put them on a hardwood floor. But that would insulate the in floor radiant. I could roll up the carpets in the winter and put them out in the summer. But in Green Bay WI it gets coooold at night and even more so in the day. All suggestions are warmly welcome. TIM
