poured in place concrete walls..2x PT window bucks…window bucks even with plane of wall…bucks backed by caulk prior to install…nail flange does not cover buck to concrete joint….exterior will be masonry stucco
So, the question centers around additional waterproofing needed for exterior side of the flange/buck/concrete joint. The obvious would be to use peel/stick window flashing over the nail flange and on to the concrete. But, I’ve never found a peel/stick that will really stick to the concrete wall. Am I wrong on this? It will be awhile until the stucco is applied.
How about using a product like elastomeric crack filler and paint it on? Or some other suggested product.
Thanks

I put some peel and stick ice and water shield on my osb roof. It stuck fine but when I rolled it up onto the brick it didn't stick to well. There should be a primer that i can roll/paint on the brick that the I&W will stick to better.
Just off the top of my head I was thing of henry's roofing tar. Maybe apply it with a caulking gun and then roll it out with a small disposable roller.
I went to this site and found some primer for their product. http://www.protectowrap.com/products/accessories.php
Grace makes a product that is for concrete, its not their Ice and Water or Vycor but something similar. I think, if I remember right the product was black with almost a neon green text on it. I'm not sure if it was a two part or single. Meaning I don't know if the stickem' is already on the roll or if you need to apply it. I've only seen it once and that house was about $20m and 25k sq ft, so money was not an issue for that or anything else. So I don't know the cost and also that house was huge so they bought things by the truck load and the construction style was more like a commercial structure, it was prefab concrete panels, and what they used might only be available in large quantities.

I have used this product a lot and never had any water problems after using it. White Cap and other retailer/wholesalers handle it.
