Hi All,
first time posting after many hours spent enlightening myself with the forums.
I have a window issue here , need help/ideas/input on the best way to resolve it.
The window is approximately 40 yrs old. Should i repair it? is it worth saving or is replacement a viable option?(budget is a issue)
Is is just starting to get chilly here at nights and there is a baby in the house , not to mention the saving in heat loss.

Many thanks in advance.

IMO, replace it. Sure it can be repaired. But, it did not appear to be a true divided lite window with wavy glass or anything ornate (no offense). I think you will be happier spending the $200 +/- in the long run and much more comfortable.
Just my two cents. Good luck.
I'd agree with JG. It looks like it's been hacked up for an air conditioner, and was nothing special to begin with.
