I recently had a wood floor laid that was not dead onlevel where the old 3/4 subflooring and new sub flooring met. The Hard wood floor has now opened up a 1/32 inch gap along this transaction. It is in the middle of the floor so I am unsure what to do any suggestions out there? can I fill it? Wax stick it?I am at a loss.

At this point, consider it "character".....and be happy if 1/32 " is as bad as it gets....make that ecstatic.
You can fill the gap....but whatever you fill it with is only going to come loose and pop out over time.

Ditto JAYBIRD. If you can, wait till August (Assuming you're in the Northern Hemisphere) before you decide what to do with it.
Why August? Will it be fully expanded then from heat and moisture?
Depending on your climate, wood floors tend to shrink when the house is heated and dry in the winter and swell in the humidty of summer. Your gap might close next summer if it gets humid and you don't use too much AC.
