When folded up and slid into the pocket of my jeans, Milwaukee’s slim, lightweight, cast-aluminum Fastback knife disappears from my awareness altogether. The wire clip doesn’t tear the hem of my pocket, and it keeps the knife where it’s easy to grab and open to a locked-solid position with just a flick of the wrist. In use, the knife is comfortable and easy to control, and the blade-change setup is one of the best I’ve tried, unaffected by dust and abuse. It’s hands down the best pocket knife I’ve owned and, at just $12, probably the least expensive, too.
