I recently saw a dialog online initiated by Katie Hill asking where one could find 12″ brushes for applying a poly finish on new hardwood flooring. Everyone keeps suggesting using lambs wool applicators, which I know about but I’m not interested in this method — I want to apply the poly with a bush — I know it’s harder and more labor-intensive, but I want the brushed finish. So, can anyone advise us where to find 12″ brushes? Thanks so very much if you can.

Not trying to be hard to get along with here but if poly is applied correctly, it levels itself and brush marks are not visible. I ask you now to explain the visible difference between brushed and lambs wool pad. I have booth finishes right here in front of me and I can't see a difference. That should be your goal, no brush marks. Another draw back is laps in the finish if you have a big area to cover with a brush.
Sorry but I've never seen a 12" brush in my travels. I've seen plenty of 6"s.
Just wondering
