Is it just me or did I get F**ked with out being kissed?
Got a PC saw aways back..was doing an add on dormer and the helper (on the ground) could not cut a rafter to save his life..long story.
So when I got it, I grabbed about 4 blades..6” 18t. thinkerf. with 1/2” arbor..made by PC
Didn’t use the thing too much, it took a dive, bent it up pretty good and was so outta whack that I use it for demo stuff mostly.
Now, I’m doin the cedar roof..trimming shingles..realized the last blade is missin some teeth..ruff cuts and all. I head out to Lowes, can’t find a PC 6″ blade..so I grab an Irwin 6 an ahalf..I figgure it’ll fit in the guard..Sheeeeet it has a 5/8 arbor hole and no bushing..back to Lowes..all the other sizes..5 3/8 etc. are 10mm arbor…wassup wit dat?
Get home online I find at Toolking.com PC blades same as I trashed for about 15.00 delivered..so I ordered two.
Question is..is this the ONLY friggin blade I can use? Or do I make a bushing? 1/2 to 5/8 won’t be much of a bushing..I went every Hardware place in 20 miles each way ( that means both of them)and no PC blades..I am a little pizzed..
I don’t need a cordless circsaw enough to buy a new one or a whole new set of tools..just wanna figgure out whats the deal here. Thanks……………………….Duane

Freud makes two blades for that saw, a TK006 a 20 tooth blade and a TK007, a 40 tooth blade. Freud blades a very good quality and should be available at most industrial tool shops. If not, im sure you can find them on the internet. See link below on blades. Good luck. They also make a Diablo series of that blade also, that may be a little harder to find.,a DO620X, and DO640X

Thanks for that..now just gotta find who stocks them..ya'd think Lowes would have it...or ANY blade that would work.
I'll search out some more places..and maybe order a bunch.

Thanks Lee..it's funny Lowes was listed..I was at the Richmond Lowes (25 miles south, since I've moved from Lex.) and the local yokel yard.
Shoot I was just up in Lex. on thurs. too..didn't think of Home Depot, cuz I was thinkin I had to return to Lowes anyway to take back the 6.5 blade..(I was still under the impression I had just got the wrong one at lowes, not that they didn't even have the beast)..live an learn..
I been meanin to check out MAnny's woodworkers place since I moved here..now I have a great reason to...thanks again..

I just did a search on your location (Lex) to find these locations (whether they have what you need is another matter all together!!!)
If it’s the cordless saw boss you have as do I then just find a 6†blade with .5 arbor! Mine has done me well for what I have asked it to do from cutting Hardi to this fake wood flooring… 40 tooth is a good combination blade.
One very large point to make is that I am not in the business professionally just a very big DYI… (shush… don’t tell anyone!!!)

Are you unhappy about the performance, or just the lack of a kiss? ;)
