If you run your 1-1/2 hp contractor saw using 240V, what kind of plug and cord do you use? I use a receptacle that is the 240V 30A type, one prong vertical like the 120V receps have, the other prong horizontal, standard “U” ground underneath. That way I can’t plug in a 120V tool by mistake. Breaker size is 20A, not 30A. If you are a 240V power user for your saw, jointer, etc., what are you doing? What size wire, etc., etc.?
