   I wasn't aware that anyone offered a brad or finish nailer that would shoot that long of a nail. Are you sure it's not a clipped head or full round head nailer?

   The longest finish nail my Bostitch finish nailer will shoot is 2-1/2".

   *Definitely a brad nailer. It's a Reliant. I got it cheap at Woodworker's warehouse, and bought it just because it shot 1 1/4" to 3" brads.

   I used to get 3-inch 16-guage brads from either Trendlines catalog or Woodworker's Warehouse (essentially the same thing), but theyv'e been discontinued by both. Does anyone know where I can get them nowdays?

   I'm installing some big, thick, (7/8" X 3") walnut trim and need a longer nail.

   I'd appreciate a source.
