Have an old AC unit that has a problem with the condensor blower fan. The outside unit tries to kick on but the fan doesn’t spin, meaning no cold air inside. If I bump the unit the fan starts to spin up and ops normal. Never worked on one of these, can the motor be oiled or does it need to be replaced and if so is it a simple job. Can Joe Homeowner buy the parts and install himself from an AC Supply shop? Appreciate any help. Thanks
