Someone already mentioned having a mural painted on it. I don't have a mural painter handy, so I'd probably just put mirror in there.

Yeah, the door really is assembled with M&T joints, and those wood pins are for real.
Managed not to shoot myself either...but scared myself a few times routing the diamond-points on the raised panel.
This thing sits in the gyprock; no attachment to the framing. 1x3 flanges on the back of the frame; insert the whole unit less casing on a diagonal, straighten it up and pull it back through into the hole. Screw through the gyprock into the flanges. Nail on the casing and go home....
