I recently used a green (copper based) H&C acid stain in my bathroom and covered it with H&C infusion solvent based sealer. The look was fabulous but I soon found that it scratched very easily. what a downer. I want to use this technique on the rest of the house but I can’t handle the scratching. I see that H&C also has a industrial sealer. Does anybody have experience with this? Or maybe could help me find a solution that will give me the gorgeous dark coloring without the scratches? Or an additional process over the finish that will hide the scratches?
