Adjusting WaterRidge pull out faucet

Hello foks

Newbie here.

I bought a WaterRidge pullout kitchen faucet, about a year ago. At light water pressure, the faucet shuts itself off under the weight of the handle.

Does anybody know how to adjust the “tightness” of the faucet handle?

    new lighter handle...

    you could change the cartridge... but you'll right back with the same problem in no time...

    raise cane with the mfgr....
