   Just finished up a flooring system Using AdvanTech OSB. Found it to be a really fine product, but it's kinda expensive. I used the 1 1/8" and had no problems with delamination or raising of grain (chips?). Hope this helps.

   *Check with your tile contractor before using any OSB. Most of the setting material manufacturers will NOT warranty their products over any OSB even if it claims it is better than standard OSB. Custom Building Products is the only company that I know of that will cover an install over OSB. Tripp

   Does anyone out there have some opnions about AdvanTech sub-flooring. Is it holding up well thru the framing stage before dry-in?
