AMP has a nice crimp on connector for the parallel wiring (the pigtailed connections) and, of course, the crimping tool, which is SUPPOSED to be sold only to electricians (as told to me by an electrician). Switches and outlets, manufactured specifically for aluminum wiring can be found at any supply house; even Home Depot carries them.
*Check the archives as this has been discussed several times. I think Andrewd gave a fairly detailed description of how he attacked the aluminum wiring in his house.
