Andersen Tilt-Wash Conversion Kits

Has anyone installed Andersen Tilt-Wash Conversion Kits? 

I saw a recent installation where the upper sashes were difficult to tilt.  The outside of the existing Narroline frame was a little hour-glassed, but I wouldn’t think enough to effect the tilting as it did. 

Any feedback appreciated!

    Now I know I need a break...

    Saw Anderson tilt-wash and thought Pamela. Came in looking for a place to sign up as an accessory....
