I am wondering how to cut the treads on some exterior stairs I just built. They have two angled jogs in them to follow a lower deck line and on the two angled landings I am wondering should I start the treads butting in at the back or should I start at the front edge and work back? If you can picture this please let me know your thoughts.

let's see if this is legible to those of use with normal eyes.
I think I can picture it, and what I am imagining - it would not matter all that much if you did the layout first so the final piece gave the right overhang.
