Looking fo someone to frame and enclose quickly and leave the rest to me, so I’m thinking panelized. Sorry framers, maybe next time.

I can do roofing, plumbing, wiring, drywalling, painting, but I won’t. Can’t do HVAC or foundation. All will be subbed.

I want to do trim & build the cabinets.

This will be the first home I’ve contracted myself.

So far I’ve found Amwood Homes (any feedback?).
