Any ideas how to fix a anderson e-z split latch
I have a e-z split latch on an anderson window. it won’t completely close enough to allow me to lock it. Any ideas on how to fix this?

The link to a photo didn’t come up with anything for me.
However, depending on the size of the sash, there’s not really any adjustment to the operator itself. Something binding might be holding the sash away enough not allowing the latch to grab the receiver. Anything in the operators “box” that is binding it? Warped sash? Loose mount of the operator? Stops out of whack?
If you go out and push on the sash, can you latch it?
