That dang hail storm last night took out my gardens. Fortunately I haven’t seen any house damage. But man, did we get hit down here in the SW burbs.
This is why we keep our cars in the garage. Pity those people whom didn’t.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming
WOW!!! What a Ride!
Forget the primal scream, just ROAR!!!
No hail in south Boulder. It didn't even rain very hard. Cloudy and cool today. The air conditioning here at the library doesn't pay much attention to the outside temperature, so it's right on the verge of hypothermia inside today.
Hey Unc,Do you no longer have a computer of your own ?Or is it your own computer, and it's just faster at the liberry ?..I'm not worried, I'm curious...You are always welcome at Quittintime
My home computer died about three years ago when the HD spindle bearing seized up. When I'm working, I access the net from the office. When I'm not, I use the library.

Ah.Well, I may be joining you, soon.My HD is making thwacking noises. Loud. And the Motherboard is killing monitors.Killed two already, in the last month. And is making this one flicker. The MB is made by NVidea. Yeah, the video card people. The video is onboard the MB. They purposely left off a video card slot. Can't even put one of their own, in a slot. (Kinda cutting off their own nose to spite their face, way of keeping their 'competition's' cards from being used on their MB.)New video drivers, and new MB drivers/bios update, haven't made any difference. (Did all that, before the second monitor kakked.) So, it's time to be looking for another computer. (Replacing the MB, ram, CPU, and HD, would cost more than a new computer.)..I'm not worried, I'm curious...You are always welcome at Quittintime
Did it hit near the Denver Country Club?

Just got rain and light hail here at 1030 PM last nite in westminster - broomfield areaWadsworth and Church Ranch RoadThey were talking on the radio about how the news came on at 10 PM and the weather man made no mention of storm comingWithin minutes after the weather forecast Denver was getting hit with a tornado, high winds, major hail storm, heavy rain, trees blown down, etcI think they missed their forecast a little bit
