Does sound a little to good to be true, kind of reminds me of that spray on stuff for house siding that supposed to last forever and never need paint, seals everything yada yada yada.
There is a company here in Cleveland called Naturestone that has basically the same product. I've worked on a couple of homes where people have had this applied to their basement floors. From what I understand, it can be pretty pricey. They run ads in the paper/flyers all the time.
This looks like same product they've been using in Florida for years and maybe other places in the south. Mostly seen used on lanais(screen rooms). Seems to be good product. My only personal experience with it is at relatives' houses. Have 4 relatives in Florida and they all have it in their lanais. They seem happy with it. It looks fine to me. I know it needs resealing every few years.
I saw it on a concrete porch in Denver. Looked great except where it was coming off. I think it was about 2 years old and I don't know the brand. I'm guessing it was freeze/thaw that caused it to seperate from the concrete so it might be ok in a climate like Florida's.
