Hi,
Little help? I have a wee little restoration job post Madison Valley flood. (For those of you not in Seattle, it was last winter when the sewer plugged up and flooded a bunch of basements. Killed a woman trapped in her basement, very nasty. The city’s been dragging its feet on our bid, made us revise our scope twice, and now that they’re happy with the check they’re gonna cut, they want to see our bid in an estimators format.
I’m not about to buy xactimate or xactremodel, because I just don’t believe they work for outfits like ours. Maybe high-volume tract guys can swing that stuff okay, but I’m not interested. What I do need, however is a prototype of one of their estimates to model mine after.
Anybody have a PDF they might send me? Bonus if its for a turn of the century, elegant brick, great-neighborhood, city footing the tab, sewer-flooded basement repair. Winner gets a good bottle of Cab.
Thanks all,
-duke
