I just got a call from my supplier in S. Florida – they are unable to reliably get GP Primetrim. She recommended MiraTEC as an alternative. A search of the archives (where I originally found the info on PrimeTrim) wasn’t much help.
We will be using it for fascia, frieze, cornerboards, watertable, porch trim etc.
Any thoughts on how the product compares to Primetrim?
Any suggestions for similar products?

I am from North Carolina and we use the product all the time. It's great to work with and paints up nice. Never heard of the other product you mentioned but they are probably about the same, I would think, if your distributor talked about it as an alternative
