Anyone figure out how to delete photos?

I finally figured out how to get to my list of attachments (what a busy little attacher I’ve been) but I can’t seem to delete any of them. Got them highlighted okay, but that’s all I could do.
I remember other folks hollering for help with this, but can’t seem to find that thread(s).
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks – Jim

How did you get to them?
Best I can tell you need to delete the message where the image is linked to.
To find that to a reply to any message. Then Attach Files. At the bottom right corner under the pie chart is a link to list all of your attachmenets.
Then you can go to that message and delete it.
Making damnn sure the archives are of no use to anyone. Clever them prospero folks.

You can delete the attachment without deleting the whole post.
You find the post it is in, hit the edit button and then when it opens to the edit window, hit the "manage attachments" button.
One of the management options is to delete it

Thanks you guys. I'm gonna spend some time tomorrow making some space.
(piffin - I want you to know that I am NOT speaking to you. I saw you just bought a dump trailer that I have been lusting after for a few years now and just recently decided to buy a tilt bed instead of dumper because of the money. I am extremely jealous - but hey, at least you got a 350 Chev to tow it with, can't fault you for that...but then again, I'm not speaking to you to congratulate you because of that other thing with the buttons and hydraulic ram and...well, you know the rest)
Harumph!
Well, be that way.
;)
I know you're not speaking to me in your hissy fit, but maybe you are listening.
I used a tilt bed "snowmobile" with stake sides for a few years. It was adequate but my back has been calling out for help unloading.
I reasoin that the thing will pay for itself in three years or so. I will be able to haul twice as much and not have to make as many trips. I will have less labor time unloading. That justifys charging per load for dump runs an equilvalent amt to the savings so the net cost to customer is the same while I save my back and have the unit.
I may accually haul it most of the time with my one ton. Not sure if the GMC will be a crew van or a tool van. I'm having fun doodling arpound in it. Good thing it came along too. I lost brakes this AM in my 88 Dakota.
Maybe picturing me gearing down while biting my lip and brake pedal on the floor will help you get over it and start talking to me again.
LOL
