Hey Guys,
I’m looking for some advise on the best
way to work this particular brand of
wood putty. It seems to dry up real
fast-like 30 seconds or so-and loses its
workability. Any help?

Use the famowood solvent. When the can gets too thick stir in some solvent and you're back in business

Thanks Guys,
I am filling some nails holes on some vertical grain
baseboard molding. I think that the FAMOWOOD works well its
just that when I'm working on a long length of board the
stuff gets dry. I have the solvent but man is it strong
smelling. I'm doing this job at a small airport terminal and
they are a little sketchy about flamable products. Anyway,
thanks
*If you ever see Wood Putty brand in a squeeze tube that stuff lasts well because there's no air in the container.Taking this lesson and extending it to Famowood has me thinking a hiking squeeze tube that has a slide-on clip to access filling the tube would work well because again you'd have no air. I have one of the tubes for hiking, fill it with peanut butter, but never tried it with Famowood. Hope never to confuse the two.
