Anyone using Templaco latch/strike jigs?

I’m ready to tool up for routing latch and strike mortises. There’s a tool from Carey for very little money that purports to route several sizes, and there’s a similar item from P-C. Then there’s stuff from Templaco, that’s a lot more. They have some sets that appear to do the thru-hole for cylindrical locksets, latch barrels, etc., as well as having strike and latch templates. Their website makes it a little hard to see what you need and what you get.
Anyone using these, and how do you like them?

I had one for doing 4 7/8" ASA strikes. They are precise but I didn't like the little nails. So I copied it and added a fence that I could clamp on. It is faster than making your own.
I have the door kit and it is fine for the standard kwikset and schlage locksets. I don't remember the cost, but it has served me well for many years. Probably since I don't let any one but me use/borrow it. I would imagine that you can find it at a Western Tools or even one of the larger Home depots.
Carey makes the ones for PC. They are very good, just not sturdy. Templaco and Jambfast are very good and sturdy, but occasionally a lemon creeps through, so check them.
