The customers keep coming, the cash is flowing, but my back is breaking.

I can’t find a decent lead guy and I don’t want the job anymore.

    Rick, seems symptomatic of the age. As long as our trades get ignored by the High School Guidance Councilors, or get fed the reprobates... obtaining quality help will continue to be a problem. Good luck, and get your full worth.
