I am looking into hooking up with a property mgmt/ real estate investment company with properties in Bmore. Mostly quick n dirty punch out stuff to get houses ready for sale. I’d like to hear anyone’s pos/neg experiences. Never worked in the city proper, but having lived there, I am aware that fiends will steal anything not nailed down, and there are quite a few in the rehab business (in between jail stints…) thanks.
