Attaching pressure treated sill plates

I’m looking for some input on how to attach the ACQ pressure treated sill plates to a basement slab. What type of nails would you use?

    We use nails from Ramset that have the little rubber guys on them.  We have the actual 22 gun but we always need them in our pouch for occasional walls that we have to handnail
