Hi,

Am remodeling a bath in a 20’s home.  HO wants pine wainescoating in the bath over the old wall tile which previously had paneling glued to(ouch). 

Should I glue down the wainescoating or just let it float between the the chair rail and baseboard?  Also, since I’m installing in a bath, will there likely be a warpage problem-I am sealing the backside of the wainescoating as well as finishing the face.
