Your services are desperately needed if you are a remodeler with integrity, quality workmanship, pride in your work, and a willingness to help (paid).

There is an opportunity for you to get involved with ADA remodeling in the greater Houston area. These are lucrative filler type jobs, with the possibility of getting enough work to go at it full time.

The reason the need is so great seems to focus on quality of work, integrity of the contractor, and willingness to look beyopnd the dollar amount, and actually care about the client. These are special needs clients, and the experience is one you will cherish.

These kids (handicapped) need home modifications, and the programs they are on limit their lifetime benefits. This means that if you were to remodel their bathroom (for ADA compliance), they would not be able to have it repaired or remodeled for many, many years. This is where quality of work comes in. Seems too many contractors are doing “quick” jobs, leaving the job poorly done. When problems arise later, the clients are stuck with them.
