First time poster. Appreciate in advance any and all help. I have two roof mounted exhaust fans to vent my attic. The combination thermostat and humidistat that was supplied with them never really worked right, and now they are both dead. I’m looking for a source for an aftermarket combination thermostat and humidistat to replace them. I only need one if it can handle the current of both fan motors (8 amps in total). I’ve looked in Grainger and can’t seem to find anything. Any suggestions?
Thanks.

You need to check the specs and see that they switch the right direction. (rise or fall).
But WHY?
What is your climate/location.
In most cases forced attic venting cost more money in electricity than it saves.

A-holes. Hey every group has to have one. And I have been elected to be the one. I should make that my tagline.
Central Indiana. The roof is mutiply hipped, and very steeply pitched, thus no significant ridge to vent. Good eave vents, but the few box vents up near the ridge when we moved in weren't getting it, so I installed the powered ventilators. I don't like the electricity usage, but it does work (ventilation wise).
