I am in process of milling a lot of Azek parts..A LOT.
I dump my shop dust collector in compost or mulch for the gardens, but now I’ll have a lot of plastic snow.
I cleaned out the collector real well and will have a few large bags of fluff and drops. I guess landfill is about the only option.
Any thoughts about any other forms of recycling?
Seems to me that there should be some way to not add to an already huge landfill problem ( besides, mine is an hour away and at 7mpg in my truck and fees albeit by weight, it can add up)..I also wonder about how long it takes to break down .

Ship it to Boss Hog.
He can use the stuff as artificial snow when he's playing Santa.
Do you have any plastic recycling in your area? Do you know what the number is for Azek? I would think it could be recycled with the plastic bags and bottles.
Then you can repurchase it for your deck.
Um . . . I think there was a thread on here recently about using a jack to compress your own artificial fireplace logs. A bunch of nice white logs may be a real fashion statement this holiday season. You got a wood stove, dontcha?
