Saltillo tile on slab. 200 yds from the Pacific ocean. Inside guest house of weekend home. Main house does’nt seem to have problems. It is heated, but not ventilated. Any suggestions?

Most likely excessive interior humidity? I assume the climate is mild. Better insulated windows would help, too; the condensation occures when warm, moist air touches the cold glass, so keep the glass warmer or air drier helps. I'll take a wild guess that the slab isn't sealed?
*Excellent call Andrew!
*To find out if a lot of moisture is coming up through the slab take an ~2' x 2' piece of polyethylene and tape it to the floor. Come back 24 hours later and pull it up. If their is moisture on the plastic and the floor where the plastic was, this may be the source of your problem.
