A builder friend of mine has a problem……
We want to hear what you have to say.
Lets say say you have a house with both hardwood floors and carpet. Everybody knows the base has to sit tight to the hardwood, but do you lower the base in the carpeted areas above the subfloor or leave it the same height throughout the house? This house has casing and plinth blocks.
What do you do?
I’m afraid I’ll need answers tonight as my builder friend meets with the carpet man early tomorrow.
My opinion differs from the builders, but I’m curious what you think.
Thanks,
Ed.
