Does anyone have any tricks in removing baseboard where part of it is nailed into the wall from under the top of the floor level? Thanks

Pry the top away from the wall and sawzall the bottom nails. Or, pry the top away and cut the bottom nails with a flat or wonderbar. It'll either cut 'em or drive them down out of the framing. You can also grab and twist out lighter guage nails with a good sized needle nose pliers. Or, pry away from the wall and then get between the finished floor and the bottom of the base and pry up. Use a shim or other block under the thin pry bar to keep from marring a hard surface floor. I use a thin Red Devil bar and/or wonderbar. Usually use one or all these methods depending on what works at the time. Best of luck.
*I finished doing just that a couple of weeks ago. Nails that I couldn't reach I just cut with my Wonderbar and 28oz Estwing, usually with one good whack. Wear earplugs...did
*Thanks for your tip. It took me 3 different bars to do it but I was able to get everything. Thanks again.
*You bet David, glad you got it.
