Planning on finishing basement and want to control humidity. I do not have a problem with water leakage, just high humidity in summer like all basements in north east. Will use a dehumidifier if needed but would like to control problem at source.
Has anyone had success with useing a product like Dry-Loc(sp?) to seal walls and floor in order to reduce mositure/humidity in a finished basement or is this a waste of money since product is not cheap.
Other suggestions?
