I had a 3/8th" crack in my cinder block basement that would allow ~1.5 gallons of water to seep in with each heavy rain. I also had a few smaller cracks that would occasionally leak too. It hasn't leaked a drop after I used this system: http://www.sanitred.com I found it online and bought it there.

Is this a new founedation and you subbing this portion or is htis an existing, lived in home and you contracte to repair?
Are you going to gaurantee it?
Reason I'm left a bit uncertain is that one normally makes a contract after having the plan in place and assessing what the costs of imnplimentation will be. this could be anywhere from a $200 job to a twenty thousand dollar job. Wanna flash out the information?
